Shriners for Children Medical Center | Pasadena

HD Geosolutions, Inc. performed the geotechnical engineering for the new, state-of-the-art Shriners facility in Pasadena. The building is three stories over a three-level subterranean parking garage located adjacent to Fair Oaks Avenue. The geotechnical engineering addressed foundations, basement walls, temporary shoring, construction surcharges, pavements, grading, and stormwater management. Working closely with the design team, our engineers delivered the geotechnical services on time and on budget.

The principals at HD Geosolutions, Inc. have extensive engineering experience with the special requirements of healthcare facilities in California. Our experience includes Sharp Memorial Hospital, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, numerous Kaiser Hospital seismic upgrades, Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian, Glendale Adventist Medical Center, and City of Hope.
